No Charges Filed
Biography
No Charges Filed play comedy surf punk: three chords, one spring reverb tank under constant strain, and lyrics best described as “allegedly.” The band insists the name is a coincidence, and their lawyer has asked them to stop saying anything else about it.
Their debut single, Governor Gator, tells the story of an alligator in a tweed suit who wins a statewide election on a platform of naps, sunshine, and eating the opposition. Any resemblance to persons living, dead, or cold-blooded is purely accidental. The gator has declined to comment.
